Making an appointment
Notarial services are strictly by appointment only. Appointments are available on Mondays from 13:30 to 16:00, and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00, excluding Embassy’s public holidays.
Clients without an appointment will only be seen in exceptional circumstances. For further enquiries, please contact us by emailing [email protected] or calling +84 24 3774 0100.
From 22 January 2024, the Embassy has ceased accepting payment by cash and accept payments by card only.

Please note: Damaged or laminated documents are not accepted for certify true copy and authentication/apostille services.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) uses third-party software (Setmore) to manage the Embassy’s appointments.
