The Australian Embassy in Hanoi advises that the Embassy’s telephone number has been falsely represented. It has been reported that scammers have displayed the Embassy’s phone number on caller ID, represented themselves as Embassy staff, and requested payment for various reasons. This issue has been reported to the relevant authorities, and this message is an alert to the public. If you receive a suspected scam call, we suggest that you end the call and verify the information by contacting the Embassy directly on +84 24 3774 0100. Remember that you should never provide personal, financial, or identity information over the phone to an unverified number.

 

 

Australian Government Supports Landmark Infrastructure Project in Ho Chi Minh City

The Australian Government, through Export Finance Australia, is supporting the development of a landmark pedestrian bridge across the Saigon River in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Passport and Notarial counters are open from 13:30 to 16:30 on Mondays and from 08:30 to 12:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays. Passport and Notarial services are strictly by appointment only.
