FLiCKERFEST 2020 Australia now Short Film Competition

Are you passionate about film making? Do you have a film under 35 minutes that you’ve completed in the last 2 years? FLiCKERFEST, in partnership with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Australia now, brings to you the FLiCKERFEST 2020 Australia now Short Film Competition.

The competition is free to enter for films made in ASEAN countries by ASEAN residents, and selected films will screen at FLiCKERFEST at Bondi Pavilion, Bondi Beach.

Selected finalists will win a trip to the screening at FLiCKERFEST 2020, with the prize including airfares, accommodation, travel expenses and networking opportunities with industry professionals while in Australia.

FLiCKERFEST will announce the final program in December 2019 for the Academy® Accredited and BAFTA recognised festival.

2020 is promising to be a bumper program, with FLiCKERFEST celebrating its 29th year of screening the best short films from Australia and around the world across 10 days and nights of the competition – with special showcase program once again on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.  Entries close on Friday 8 November – Join us on the red carpet in Bondi this January!
