Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships 2015 applications are now open online

Vietnamese scholars, researchers and professionals are encouraged to apply for the 2015 Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships, the Australian Government’s internationally competitive, merit-based scholarships, provide opportunities to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia.

Endeavour Scholarships, part of the Australia Awards initiative, promote leadership, research and academic excellence and build linkages between Australia and the region. Endeavour Scholarships are open to all fields of study. There is no age limit for applicants.

Last year, 44 high-achieving Vietnamese scholars and professionals won prestigious Endeavour Awards for study, research and professional development in Australia.

“The Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships support high-achieving scholars, researchers and potential leaders. I am confident that, after return from Australia, the Vietnamese Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships recipients will apply their new knowledge, skills, and experiences to contribute to Vietnam’s future and will maintain strong and productive linkages with Australia” the Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, HE Mr Hugh Borrowman said.

The Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships also provide opportunities for Australians to undertake research and professional development in Vietnam.

Applications for the 2015 Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships open April 2014 and close on Monday 30 June 2014 at 11.59 am AEST. Further information is available at www.aei.gov.au/endeavour
