We aim to decide 75 per cent of visa applications in the timeframe specified for the relevant visa category.

Please note, these are indicative only, and apply to visa applications lodged with complete documentation. Missing documentation will result in a longer processing time. Actual processing time on individual cases may vary depending on individual circumstances and the complexity of each case.

Return of Documents

If you lodged a paper application, please contact VFS Global to determine whether there are any documents you need to collect once your visa has been finalised.

You do not need to make an appointment to collect documents from VFS.

Visa Labels

Visa holders are no longer able to request and pay for a visa label. Visa holders can access information relating to their visa through our free Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) service or the myVEVO mobile app

VEVO provides information regarding visa details and conditions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
